Quality Control in MTGRASS- Step 3/3
Do you think Quality Control should be applied after the production of artificial grass? In the production process of synthetic turf in our factory, this step is the necessary , but not the only one. In our “Quality Control Step 3/3”, we are going to show you more about the inspection of artificial grass, warehousing of the synthetic turf and loading the synthetic lawn.
1.Grass inspection-the necessary but not the only one procedure.
Before telling this procedure, we need to know the whole producing process of the artificial grass in our factory (see the following picture).
The first 2 rolls of each order will be inspected firstly, including all the key specifications of synthetic grass ( Pile height of the synthetic turf, density of the artificial lawn, drawing force of the football turf, moisture of the grass backing, colors of the all artificial grass, as well as many basic parameters of the grass carpet, etc). Only the qualified synthetic lawn will be delivered to our synthetic grass warehouse. Wait, do you think that’s all for our turf lawn inspection? Definitely no. After the whole production of the grass orders, we will do another randomly inspection. The inspection data and photos of the artificial turf will be recorded into our QC data system.
2.Warehousing is not only for stocking of the synthetic lawn.
There are three zones in our warehouse.
The First zone is the raw materials warehousing of the artificial turf.
The Second zone is the artificial grass yarns stocking for sport grass, like the artificial yarns for football grass, soccer turf, tennis grass, rugby field, etc which will not be affected the function by temperature . The landscaping artificial grass yarns are not suitable for stocking which we explained in our last part 2/3:Quality Control in MTGRASS- Step 2/3 . Stocking sports grass fibers make faster delivery time during the peak season of artificial grass supplying in China.
The Third zone is specially for stocking the synthetic turf rolls for all our clients.
Our full shading storage warehouses protect our artificial grass yarns and grass carpets from external sunlight which ensures a better performance of our artificial grass fibers, and furthermore keeps our grass rolls clean and neat.
3.Specially and professional loading reducing the damage during transportation.
As a leading artificial grass manufacturer in China, we take care of each square meter of the grass carpet, so specially and professional forklifts are important and necessary.
During loading the overseas containers, our forklifts will be driven into the containers through our specialized loading platform which assures faster, safer and better grass loading. Any dragging , hard pushing or squeezing on grass rolls are strictly forbidden in our loading process to avoid any damage for any synthetic turf orders. The warehouse clerks will record and double check the numbers of artificial turf rolls to keep every process is correct.
