Maintenance of Mighty Artificial Turf

First : Basic requirement

    1. Keep the court clean

    2. Please set“NO SMOKING”around the grass field

    3. The power driven vehicles and heavy weights should not enter the sports court.

    4. Reduce the times of cleaning, avoid cleaning in high temperature.

    5. Set up enough dustbin

    6. Control the use of the court

    7. Pls repair the small damage in time

Second: Cleaning and Maintenance

    1. After each race, please vacuum the scraps of paper, shells and other litters.
    2. every other week please brush the monofilament with professional brush to clear up the mess and leaves.

    3. Please level out the sand and rubber granules with professional rake every month or after frequently matches.

    4. To the dust of grass,the rain will wash it or flushed manually.
    5. During the hot summer, please sprinkle the grass to cool the sporters.

Third: remove the stains

    1. fruit juice,milk,ice cream ,blood water stains, scrub with soap and water first, and then wash the place  with soap-suds thoroughly; If necessary, use strong absorbent towel blot it up
    2. shoe polish,sunscreen,ball-point pen oil, should be wiped with perchloroethylene, and then use strong absorbent towel blot it up
    3. paraffin,asphalt and asphalt, should be wiped by great strength or use a sponge dipped into perchloroethylene to wipe
    4. nail polish, use acetone to wipe

Fourth: Check & Repair

    1. Check carefully whether there is any loose in the stitching, and any damage, tear or burn in the bottom of the whole turf.  Contact installation company immediately if needed big repair.

    2. A little infilling will be washed away when in heavy rains and cleaning. Sprinkle sand and rubber granular to the space that needs filling and completely swept them into the turf.

Fifth: prohibitions

    1. No smoking, play fireworks, welding;
    2. No throw chewing gum, fruit snacks, fruit juice, oil, etc.;
    3. Vehicles such as automobiles, motorcycles and heavy objects to enter the venue
    4. Using improper footwear or sports equipment such as spikes, javelin and other;
    5. Using chemical cleaning agents, herbicides or pesticides.
