MTGrass Chairman Presents at Shijiazhuang Office and Carries out A Professional Training for All Staff

On 27^th  July, chairman of Mighty Grass Co., Ltd Han Shimin was present at Shijiazhuang Office and carried our a professional training for all staff. The training was mainly about to enrich the knowledge about artificial grass,enhance professional ability, improve the service while sale and after sale and aimed to prompt the integration among departments.

While training, chairman Han Shimin gave explanation from many aspects, including enterprise culture, product knowledge, after sale service, and installing problems. A normative , systematic, scientific lecture was given in popular and easy-to-understand language. Many real cases were put forward, which helped sales to learn more knowledge and knew how to solve if they met same problem.

After this training, all staff will solve customers’ problems and doubts more accurate and faster while purchasing. The training helps to make the service process more normalized and meticulous in every step. The enrichment of knowledge and experience will improve the service quality, meet customers’ demands better, and develop trustworthy relationship with customers effectively.
