Congratulations 2023 MTGrass Team Building Activities Are Held Successfully

Summer is a season filled with hopes, dreams, and practices. In order to improve the communication among colleagues, develop a harmonious team atmosphere, enrich the leisure cultural life of employees, MTGrass held the team building activities with the theme of “ pursue development unitedly, create future together” from 29th to 30th June 2023.

  There are many interesting activities, such as making a square with eyes blind, collecting water from minefields, hunting plan, flying disc game, broken bridge, Da Vinci Code, Graduation wall, etc, which gather entertaining, collaborative and competitive together. Every person spares no pains and desires to be second to none. Not only it shows the team cooperation spirit but also highlights the positive outlook. Ages and positions are not limits any more, people were engaged in the activities with all their hearts. They get over the difficulties one by one, and while playing those games, everyone can know each other better; meanwhile it strength the team cohesiveness and employees’ sense of belonging.

By challenging those activities and overcoming various difficulties, it not only increases the interaction among colleagues, also it reflects the new look of MTGrass, what’s more, it helps the idea of “ Harmony, Prosperity, Growing up” to be visible during the activities. From these team building activities, we learn team cooperation, and we will be more brave to dream and to fight. We will also deliver what we have learned to the future working. It strengthens our confidence that we will become a more powerful person, and make every target come true.
